Time abuse

Hi. I am playing in a tournament (3 days per move). At the begining my oponent was playing 4 o 5 moves a day. Then he lost his queen and has a totaly lost position (-10). After that he started to play veeeery slowly. He waits until the last minute of his turn to move, so every move takes 3 days. At this rate the match may last 3 or 4 month.

You signed up for a tournmaent and set of games at a certain time control. Each player has the right to use all of their time on their move, regardless of how fast they played at the beginning or how hopeless their position is.

The only way the site might intervene is if a player is using vacation time to extend a completely lost position (e.g. a forced mate).
