Time appears on apponent's clock!!

I was playing some lightning rounds. I don't play the lightning rounds particularly seriously but I do like to play now and again. I was playing against this guy and I noticed that his time was almost out, then suddenly he had over 20 seconds again - I lost on time. So we rematched (third game) and I was watching more closely this time. He was down to 10, 9, 24, 23... Just like that! All of a sudden he ended up with 15 seconds added to his clock. This was a straight 60 second timed game.

Has anyone EVER seen this?

I've Seen this. If You Move Fast Enough the Same Thing Can Happen to You.

This is Something Chess.com MUST fix.
