If i am playing an interesting game with my opponant , he/she was time out. But We want to proceed further ( If both of us agrees for it). I guess there is no provision for this.

Can anybody suggest me how to continue my game.

I am not sure what could be done right now, other than emailing your moves back and forth.. in the future, maybe we could implement a system where the person whose time did not run out has the option of forcing their opponent to resign, or could also choose to wait for them. Erik are you reading this?

Erik ,

If we implement this , Iguess chess.com is the first email chess site to have this option.

yes, i think it would. i'm just not sure how many people would use it. i mean, we already get TONS of time!?! thoughts?

yeah. that's the issue. i'd gladly add it if i had resources just sitting around. but would you rather have this option? or have LIVE chess? :)

Gameknot as a postponement feature that you can use once which adds i think 7 days on incase you have to go away on holiday, etc... Thing is, i went on holiday for a few days last week but never used this feature, so i went in a library to access the internet and it wouldn't let me log onto gameknot as it was down as an offensive site. whats offensive in the word gameknot is beyond me.
