In the book Tal - Botvinnik 1960 by Tal, all of the game moves have the clock time given. It gives a rough idea of how much time was spent on a move. For example, game 7 is annotated as:
1 e2-e4 (0.01) c7-c6 (0.02)
2 d2-d4 (0.01) d7-d5 (0.02)
3 Nb1-c3 (0.01) d5xe4 (0.03)
