I have an opponent right now, who yesterday afternoon had 50 minutes to move. This morning he had and still 'has' 5 minutes to move?
This game is stupid, one move from checkmate twice in a row, and suddenly I loose, last time against a pawn and King.

In blitz, bullet, and rapid, time is as much of a skill as chess skill.
I just lost TWICE on timeout! I was definitely up in material in both matches!! How does this work???
If you run out of time, then most of the time you will lose the game. The only time you won't lose is if you earn a draw due to your opponent having insufficient material to mate (which I believe, on this site, is considered to be a lone King, a King and one minor piece, a King and two Knights, or a King and any number of same-colored Bishops). Your own material never matters if you're the one that runs out of time.
Once I was playing a game and I had a minute left and then for some reason both our clocks stopped and it glitched then my clock teleported to 5 sec and his rose to 50 sec....
I just lost again, in a 15 min game. I was 3 moves from promoting and after that it'd be check mate for him! And I loose! I was 12 points up!!
