so what's up with this moderators? someone I am playing has had less than 60 seconds to make a move for over 6 hours now. when do I get my points and the win I have coming? ??

As soon as you go to your online chess settings and check "auto win on time".

 Game Settings

  • Max # of Games:
  • Opponent Rating:Min:    Max: 
  • Days per Move:Min: 123571014   Max: 123571014

    Enter your min & max allowable for incoming challenges.

  • Friends OK!
    My friends can challenge me no matter what!
  • Auto-Win on Time:
    Automatically claim victory when time runs out!

    Tournament games always win on time automatically.

 Board Settings

Guess you have to fill out a ticket.  Pretty sure there is a department just for Games.  Sorry about the AutoWin suggestion; that's the usual answer, but I guess not this time.
