Tips to stop Titlting
It is a misconception that tilt only happens when you lose. Tilt is your emotions hijacking your rational decision making. It can happen for a variety of reasons, losing is only one of them (probably the most common, but certainly not the only one)

You can, for example, have a winner's tilt: when being on winning streak causes you to start playing too conservatively and passively because you are afraid your winning streak will be broken, or too recklessly because you start feeling invincible.

To stop tilting u need some break from chess
Play less but quality games. Dont play when you are sick, drunk, depressed or no sleep.
Don't play chess when you're not enjoying it. If you are frustrated, don't play another game. (Good luck with that, by the way.)
Try to calm down. Deep breathing, going for a walk, destroying an enemy, killing a stranger....

I agree mutal murdering is great to relieve chess stress. I was able to gain a couple of 100 points by doing so. My favorite is Grand Theft auto style it got me past 2100 blitz.
