I have submitted last week my verification for the title that I got and just wondering when I will be able to receive a response? Thanks. Would appreciate if someone has a recent knowledge about this. Regards,

Depending on when last week you submitted it, it can take up a week, though sometimes more, after the site looks at it.
Last week was a holiday in the US and the staff that handles verification may still have a backlog.
If you haven't heard anything by the end of the week you can follow up with a ticket.
