What I noticed is that all median are higher for the FM 100 points higher, clearly you are mathematically inclined, what do you attribute this to and what did your findings led you to believe?

That's an interesting question, I think it's because for each title there are a few players with extremely low ratings, and that drags down the average. For example there were a few FMs rated below 2000, and a CM rated 1500. When you look at the median instead those outliers have less of an effect. I would guess those very low rated masters are older players who haven't been active in chess for a long time, or they were awarded their titles as junior players for winning tournaments without having to reach the normal rating requirements, so they're lower rated than you'd expect based on their titles. Like Goldenbeer said it's probably more useful to look at the median than the mean average!
why dont you count nms though
Haha sorry didn't mean to leave you guys out. I did the same thing with National Masters and the median NM blitz rating on chess.com is 2318, the mean average rating is 2293.

Ha! Who says national masters are weaker than their fide counterparts!
Thank you for doing this. I've been curious to see where I stacked up to the averages. I would be interested in a larger sample size to see how it compares to your original data.

Hey everyone, I was curious what the average chess.com rating for a GM or other titled player is, so I decided to find out! I went to the chess.com section that lists titled players (chess.com/members/titled-players) and chose the first 25 players with each type of open title (GM, IM, FM, CM) with at least 100 blitz games, and then added up their blitz ratings and divided by 25 to get their average ratings. From what I found the average chess.com blitz ratings for titled players are:
Grandmaster (GM): 2739
International Master (IM): 2540
Fide Master (FM): 2376
Candidate Master (CM): 2275
Just thought I'd post this in case anyone else was interested!
