I have posted the matter 6 days ago to solve the blockages of new friend request.Forum has yet not solved.I further request to minimize the problem.

??? Just goto settings and turn off ‘receiving outside friend requests?’

You have to delete some of your pending friend requests. Please see the link for more information.
