It's a shame the OP felt the need to close their account instead of making some simple changes but I can understand how someone like the OP who has clearly worked hard to improve would become disillusioned. I'm not bashing this website and everyone can get a lot out of it for free but the moderation and customer service side is very inconsistent. Questions in the support and feedback forums that go unanswered is poor as is removing features without giving any notice. It seems the attitude is like it or lump it which isn't the friendliest approach especially for paid subscribers.
