If you look at his stats for puzzle rush it says that the average time per puzzle is 0.03. and each puzzle he did took this time. He is obviously a cheater.
We can understand chess.com has some doubts about his scores but you cannot say that he is cheating unless it is confirmed.
Yes, you did but that's just your opinion. Your opinion is of no value when it comes to who chess.com thinks is cheating or not.
You can argue for the sake of it but keep in mind your inanity does not affect what chess.com thinks.
I don't think it is fair to accuse someone of cheating without proof. You could let stockfish run on depth 15-20 and see if it fails on the same puzzles. That'd be an indication that he is cheating.
Dammed! How do you know he is cheating?
There are people with 10,000+ rating in tactics, they are not cheating. They simply memorize and recall the answers.
I don't think tactics ratings has anything to do with chess ratings, but how many tactics you play. I have a tactics rating of around 1900, yet I've only gotten roughly 50% of them correct and my real chess skill, I'd guess, would be around 1400-1500. Now quite sure why there's such a disconnect. Then again, in tactics, I've noticed that sometimes I can easily figure out tactics that have a 20% success rate while completely being stumped with ones that 80% of everyone else gets. So I would take the whole rating thing with a grain of salt. Remember, chess has been around for thousands of years. Chess "ratings" only since 1939 or so.

I do not consider 64 with two minutes left trustworthy unless streamed, it's the same with many videogames where cheating is just too easy to do so to validate claims you must stream it.
Look at this guy! If you ever read about Guinness world records, people can do shocking unbelievably things all the time!

That being said, I was amazed how he did, but I wont accuse someone as cheater unless I have supporting evidence that I can defend in the court!

Not being trustworthy is not equal to being a cheater.
