Touch screen Problems

now today this problem started for me. 1 hour ago everything was fine. Now I have the exact same problem as reported here

Just applied the lastest Win 10 update to my Surface Pro 2 .. now touchscreen does not work when moving pieces in chess.com . Worked fine before the update..

^ Second. Everything was working fine, installed some updates on a Surface Pro (and possibly also a FireFox update, don't remember), and using FireFox I cannot drag pieces anymore with touch and also not with the pen. It does still work in Edge though. I don't know how to figure out which component is the culprit (OS/browser/chess.com) but this is pretty annoying,

RichPell and bigrog82, what browser/OS/system are you using? Does it work in other browsers for you?

Hey stijnko , Ive been using FireFox Win 10 all updated . It seemed to stop working with the latest Win 10 update .. Ill check Edge .. havent tried it on any other browsers . Thanks for commenting !

I have the same problem now. It doesn't matter how I try to move 

Its a firefox comparability problem .. try using Chess.com in Edge or Chrome

I only use chrome

I'm having a very similar problem using chrome on an Android device (Moto g5 plus).

Just tried using the Brave browser as well. Same issue.

ANYONE FIGURE OUT THIS ISSUE?!? Jesus this issue is 3 years old and it still hasn't been fixed. Using a surface but cannot play with 3d pieces... very frustrating

Wanta have some fun! Go to my website "SamsChessBoard.ddns.net". At the very top of the first page you will see a 17" touch screen monitor lying horizontally on my desk. The monitor has a printed paper chess board attached to the screen. The "chess board" has physical chess pieces sitting on it. What is happening? I am playing chess on Lichess.org on my Surface Go and moving the pieces on my TS monitor connected to my Dell N7110 laptop running my home-brew chess app. When I or my opponent move a piece in the Lichess.org game, I make the same move on my TS chess board. I kinda like looking at physical chess pieces, instead of the flat icon-type pieces in the Lichess.org screen. Sam
