Why is this that in tournaments(or at least in blitz)that the ratings go eg (1200-1499) and then 1500+...?shouldn't it be 1500-1799 etc...caus eit is hard to play in a tournament when i am a little above 1500 and i have to face 1800+,1900+ or even 2000+...
