Hi everyone,

Can you help me with a training plan to improve my chess? What do you usually do to get better?

I would like to have a training guide based on my current level.

What are you trying to achieve? Is it long term training plan or you're aiming for a short term goal?
How much time do you have available?

I would like to keep improving over time; I think 1.5 hours a day could be enough. I would like to improve in terms of calculation, better movement, and concepts that will help me have a better position on the board.

That's a long topic, specially for me to write here. But I can give you some direction. To get better at calculation you need to learn how to properly evaluate positions as that will guide your candidate move selection. Then, a structured thought process as you're calculating. Lastly, you need to train your ability to maintain positions in your mind. Your chess skill will always be limited if you lose track during calculation.

By better movement I take it you mean knowing where to place your pieces. That's a combination of things, among them your knowledge of strategy and chess principles. Reading a book on fundamental chess strategy is a good idea.

Of course, none of this matters without a strong base in tactics.
