training vs computer or human opponents?

I was wondering which is better, to play against computer at your same rating or playing against another player of about your same rating?? Because I was thinking about doing a combination of the 2.

humans for games
use the computer to do the "drills" here on chess.com
stuff like practicing checkmates and endgame fundamentals are perfect against the computer

also, you will improve faster if you play better players- so you could always adjust your filter so you only get games with players -25 to +200 of your rating
