Transition from Online to Over the Board Chess

Hey, I have been playing on chess.com for the last few months and have managed to get an average rating of 1200 in blitz and rapid.

Now I have an opportunity to play in my first over-the-board FIDE-certified chess tournament in a few weeks. It is a classical tournament with 90 minutes per side and 30 seconds increment per move.

How should I prepare? What openings should I add to my repertoire? (I play the Italian with white and black, especially the Fried Liver Attack and the Traxler Counter Attack and I know the famous traps by name at least)

How is over the board chess different from online chess?
