If you played both time controls more often it may not take as much time to adjust, but I assume everyone has to get warmed up.
Even if I'm only playing one time control every day, my first few games of the day are usually a little bad.

What do you think why is it than whenever i alter time controls from slow to quick ones or vice-versa i kind of fail to adjust in couple of games..?
