1. Depends on what you mean. Generally you can clean up chess.com 1400-1500 players, but USCF 1400-1500 players are tougher to crack.
2-3. I agree with Ivandh on these ones.

1. I'm just wondering, if you have a basically decent set of tactics and a little strategy, if you learn a small an arsenal of carefully crafted traps, can you clean up with players up to 1400-1500?
