I signed up in good faith with my credit card and tried the service for 9 days and was satisfied but decided to cancel due to fact that I am starting 48 weeks of Interferon 2 treatments for my Hep-C.
I cancelled my membership effective 2-22-2010 by E-mail to chess.com. I rec'd a reply from -Matt www.chess.com saying if I did not want to purchase this membership to please let him know and he would be happy to refund the charge to my account and return my account back to a basic membership.My CC was charged $95.88 on 2/23/10!No # for -Matt.E-mail says "don't reply,go to cust support(this site)I'm hoping to see credit on my next bank statement.(#139978)
