I see no brilliancy here. The fragment of the game you shared here is full of blunders. Black blunders their knight as early as move 7 and white creates chances on black’s king. However, white blunders their rook on move 16 and black doesn’t take free rook. Instead, he blunders back aimlessly by playing 17…a4. Black’s last move is one of the worst moves I have seen lately.
