Sometimes you get trolled by a troll gang. I have a theory that the full moon is very influential - it's when the troll gangs come out to wreak havoc. Especially on help forums - one troll pretends to help and the second troll says that the help isn't being appreciated and the third troll adds in threats that if the help isn't acted upon then the person doesn't deserve help, should feel guilty, is a loser who has caused their own problems etc.
