Well i had a lot of 1500 plus chess trolls falling back to 1100-1200 range. And chess.com doesn’t do anything about it. I keep reporting. I play money to play chess and getting better. Not for playing against ‘cheaters’ !

You have 31 matches and won 30 ? Even grandmasters have not such a high ratio. There is a lot more on chess.com then blitz and bullet such as tactict puzzles books video s and so on. But you missed the point. The point is that chess.com don’t block these trolls. So you get an unfair match. And second some of them use engines.

Capablanca went 8 years without losing a game. I would be 31-0, but i was eating a doughnut during the game i drew.

I looked at some of your latest losses. I hate to be the one to tell you this but...You lost because you hung material, and got greedy grabbing material when you shouldnt.

Ding Liren hasn't lost a game in over 12 months IIRC.
And ratings naturally fluctuate 100-200 points. A 1500 being 1200 is unexpected but it's not a sure sign of cheating. Sometimes people get high peak ratings by playing the same guy (or computer) over and over.
In fact your claims are so silly I wonder whether you're a troll
