In Chessbase 10, just click 'Help' in the menu, and then 'Get TWIC'.

Do you mean download the weekly digest file?  If so, just click on the dowload link of your choice (text,pgn etc) at http://www.chess.co.uk/twic/twic.html then save it and unzip it when it's finished.

Twic download address recently is changed from www.chesscenter.com/twic/twic.html to www.theweekinchess.com/twic, so the 'Get TWIC' doesn't work anymore in CB 10. Is there any other solution except then downloading the twic manually?
