I saw red vent!

Ask your friend to contact support to appeal their decision.
ok, but he's literally 11, and he shouldn't have to.
Then try messaging @mgleason. He helped me when someone I knew irl got (unjustly) banned for fair play. Their account got reinstated in a day, and he helped a lot with that.
He's probably really busy right now though.
Other than that, and him appealing, there's nothing else to do

noooooooooooooooooooooo he was one of my good friends irl and online as @insatiable27 said

Discussion of cheating is not permitted in the main forums. To discuss it further, see https://www.chess.com/club/cheating-forum.
Chess.com does not release the information on how they know someone is cheating. Also, it's common for a cheater to play some games (or even most games) clean, so it may not be obvious to you that they were cheating.
If someone has been banned, they should contact support. They can file an appeal, or they can confess and apologise and ask for a second chance in a new account.
how did this person get banned for fair play? he didn't even have really good accuracy (95+ consistently). he just had normal accuracy. also, look at his games. he doesn't play like an expert. @skyman66
