moderators seem too eager to exercise bans when asked a simple question should they have this ability if they only abuse it ?

If you got banned from chat for asking a question, I would say that particular moderator is abusing the privilege.

i cannot see match ask why no answer ask again no answer ask again muted for 60 mins why dont they just answer hiding behind mute button
