unfair losses due to connection issues

i just got 2 losses because it disconnected me from the live chess itself , how on earth is it fair for me to get those losses instead of just cancelling match with no loss for either player?

You are not Carlsen, so dont worry about 2 losses.

The website sometimes goes down, other times it will be your internet connection that is a problem.

it is just a game.
