🆘UNFORTUNATE GLITCH - PUZZLES🆘

I was Prestige 7 in Puzzles. I had just completed all the levels again, expecting to reach Prestige 8.
(At the time, I had around 2.5 Million points. As of today, I’m just shy of 3 million points)
So, this happened about 2-3 weeks ago, after completing all the Puzzle Levels again, I was expecting to reach Prestige 8….it said did say I was Prestige 8, but the Pawn Piece was set back to the original Green Pawn Skin, which is what everyone starts with before completing any Puzzle Levels.
Thinking it may have been a minor glitch, I continued on and completed all the Puzzle Levels again, hoping it would just fix itself.
Unfortunately, it showed I’m now only Prestige 2 and the Pawn Skin never changed. I went through the proper Chess.com channels to report the issue the day it happened.
As of today, May 2nd 2026, no response or update of any kind has been provided from Chess.com

You just do wayyyy too many puzzles

I wonder why your ratings are not increasing…. Stop playing puzzles. Just don't hang pices and take the opponent's hanging pieces, and maybe use the tactics you've seen in puzzles. Without that, your (probably a lot of) time was thrown out on the window solving puzzles. Look, I haven't prestiged , not even once, and I'm 2000+.

It's not a glitch. There are only 8 prestige levels and once you prestige after completing the Legend tier, your pawn doesn't change anymore.

With that many points you would be well beyond level 8.

fet, with all due respect nobody asked for that unsolicited advice. it's great that you're 2000+ but OP is simply asking about a technical glitch lol not everyone is tryna improve their rating, many js enjoy doing puzzles :/
