i tried but only mass reporting leads to chess.com seeing it fast

Moderators don't have anything to do with processing cheating reports.

All we do is to tell people to file reports and to not make any accusations in the forum.

I see nothing urgent about this report.  If you submitted it as you said you did, I'm sure it will be processed expeditiously.
