USA network connection advantage.

Hey guys, I've been playing chess.com for nearly 28,000 games, and one thing came like very often. Like for specific country. When I play chess match with someone from USA flag, (It's not really about flag, it's about location.) I feel like lag forgiveness and network connection thing is tilted towards someone from USA. It's weird cause I have fine and stable wifi, but I always lose to USA players by 10 sec or 15 sec. Is it only me or do you guys also feel it? I usually beat other players with 10+ seconds on the clock. My style is kind of flagger rather than actually being strategic mastermind. Even if the opponent was premoving everythint, I am also doing the same thing. How come is it that people from USA has more time advantage when it comes to bullet? Is it because they are closer to server or what?
