This is my son's account. He is 7. Wondering for a 1350 or so Rapid player what range that should equate to in otb chess.

Chess.com uses the Glicko 2 system. Glicko 2 is about +100 or -100 accuracy to the Elo system or the system USCF and FIDE use.

There are a lot of topics about the question and some of the data points to Live blitz or rapid being more correlated with OTB regular ratings but for any particular individual, that may or may not be accurate.

I've seen ranges +/- 300 before. It just really depends on a number of factors. for the most part the pool of players are different and the act of playing online is not really like playing OTB so that can also play a factor in rating discrepancies.

There was a rather large study done some time back on this. The conclusion was ultimately that while for some people the ratings may deviate a bit, the chess.com and USCF ratings are fairly close. I think you could roughly figure within 100pts either direction and be safe.
