Right - this is what I was complaini9ng about.  An 1800 player should just understand that in the greater scheme of things he is a pretty weak chess player and that we do this for fun.  Instead, we have this tournaments that cost big bucks, insulate the 1800 player from really talented players, give out big trophies, etc..  Total nonsense.

And as a titled player, you are paying for nonsense awards.  It burns me and if I was a titled player I would really, really be irked by it.
