Opponent has 94 minutes left in our game for the last two months and shows vacation but has been logged in playing but doesn't move on our game.  How does one win will the game ever end?

There is a maximum of 3 months vacation time for any player, so only a maximum 1 month more to wait for the win if they do not move.
