Vacation abuse

Hi, I have one opponent who goes on vacation roughly every 2 to 3 moves. I am playing 1 day a move games. I have beaten him 3 times with no losses but the use of vacation time seems to be obstructive. He did a bit in the previous game but now it is ruining the whole chess experience.

Any advice? I am reluctant to resign and lose rating points.

I disagree with the sites' definition of abuse. Scheduling more games than you can handle within the time control, so you repeatedly take vacation, is abuse in my opinion. I've encountered a few opponents that turn 3 days per move into 5 days per move because they have too many games going on and use vacation in between every move.

Vacation time is limited.
