Kind of a personal request rather than overly chess related but hopefully it can stay open. So I'm hitting the big tournament this June at the Riveria in Las Vegas and I thought I'd throw out there that after the tourney I'm actually going to be moving back East to New Jersey to live there with my girlfriend and son (I'm in California right now) and thought it would be cool rather than renting a car or taking a bus to hitch with another chessplayer from the tournament. Doesn't have to be all the way to NJ, even Denver (though ideally Chicago or Ohio or Pennslyvania) would make a big difference.
Even if I win the big bucks I'd rather not waste it on a rental car when I could help a fellow chessplayer pay for his gas.
I posted an ad on the Vegas C-List also but like I said, a roadtrip with a fellow chesser would be much more fun.
I'm happy to leave either Sunday night or Monday.
Also, if anyone knows any other/better places I can post this please let me know!
