videos on youtube GM feingold and Seirwan

Hi this is my second post.  I used to train using books. but only got so far.  I find now in my middle age years. that youtube has become a great resource.  i find myself watching all the videos from ST Louis.  Gm Feingold is hilarious.

Just hearing the principles being thrown around.  I am loving. it

I find my games on FICS are getting stronger as well.  i went from low 1500's to ow 1600's in a week.  simple things like playing for positional improvements.  quiet moves are good.  preparing moves.  bring all your pieces to the attack the list goes on.  I find myself recalling steinitz principles or things I have read in laskers book.  

Anyway I am not sure what my purpose is here. other than to

ask others here what videos or lecturers have you found helpful. 

I am finding there are not many people I dig.  because. they are either way to monotone.  or rate of speech so slow. that I find myself zoning out.
