- I switched to vacation mode as I'm on vacation but the City of Cannes, France has free Wi-Fi so I was able to get off vacation mode and catch up on my games this morning. Scored 1 1/2 - 1/2 while away to raise my rating to a level that I doubt I'll be able to maintain. Much higher rated played blundered to give me a game.

I mean that I went on vacation status with Chess.com because I was afraid that I would not have internet access where I'm staying on vacation. The place I am staying does not have a computer available but because the city of Cannes has free Wi-Fi, I am able to access the internet on my laptop and play my games.
