Fisher also appears to be a master of sophistry, making statements that are technically true, but used in a way intended to be deceptive and self-serving (a master tactician!). For example "my passport is perfectly in-order" (implying he was detained for passport irregularities). That may be true but THAT IS IRRELEVANT to why he is being detained.
