Was this person really 2100 FM strength?

It was probably just a bad game. What time control was it? Depending on how fast they were playing some of the moves, and whether it was just a warm up game, it could've just been an off game for that person.
I just had a game with Player X, Player X had a bright and shiny FM title in front of his name and a nice 2100 blitz rating. Stats don't seem suspicious but please tell me if this was just a bad game of theirs or if this person is likely not playing at FM level.
