Sure, why not? You're a premium member. Roll your cursor over to home (upper right hand corner), click on Game Archive, select Live Blitz from the drop down menu (that little upside down black triangle that you click), and go back as far as you want.

All the way back to the day you joined, 6/18/13. Maybe 15 mouse clicks, and yes, you're right, I do have way too much time on my hands. 
If they ever update the Game Explorer to include all your games, yes you would be able to see how many Sicilians you've played. Unfortunately it's two years and counting on that one so I wouldn't get my hopes up.
