Wats happend lately??? i went from 1800 to 2200 in short time, and 2300- players seems like 2000 players comparing to other chess sites.

Just a blunder, that's all. Happens in bullet. Some players are also faster than they are strong. Depends who you face.

Had black continued with his queenside development on move 6, developing his queen bishop, he would've been fine.

This is very thematic trap/checkmate. In bullet It's very easy to fell into, no matter the rating. 

At other site in tournaments i felt into this 3 times in a row back 2-3 years ago vs same opponent (but not exacly very next game) - usually i move very quick in first moves. And i use it too and have plenty of victories with it.
