We need a fair play rule about using internet connection to win.

I was up plus 7 points with over a second more time, my opponent moved instantly, so did I because I could see what he was doing, but his .7 seconds was worth more then my 1.8 seconds and I lost by apparently.2 seconds while being plus 7 points, there should be a rule if you win this way its 1 point

Use an increment. It's the only logical and fair way. Or don't play with such fast time control.

Is it a problem while having 1000 blitz rating? Use 3+2 control and no issue then.
