AlecKeen, I read your post and thought I'd challenge you to a game on the premice you would make 1.g4. Anyway, I read your profile, saw your rating, and... I think I'l open with 1.g4 on my next game. Against someone with a 1000- rating lol
Holy cow! He IS awsome but not unbeatable. He lost once, probably when he played g4. I wonder who The Grob is named after? Probably Alekhine, he'd play anything.

as well as trying to make pictures with the formation of my pieces.
I thought the Grob was a glider... maybe that is where it came from. 1 g4 is like flying a plane without an engine...
Personally I like to play a solid middle game, win a decisive advantage in material and then blow it all in the endgame
