Women are called GM as well if they do reach the level of GM, read up on it, they just have the option of reaching WGM before that since it's an earlier step.

WGM = 2300+ FIDE
GM = 2500+ FIDE
This is in simple terms, as there are some exceptions and some additional norms to make to get a title.
Female chess players can get GM title as well, when they get to 2500 FIDE. GM is an open title, so everyone can get it, WGM is for female players only, as a means to popularize the game.

DUDE, u realize womans like wgm and etc, since there arent that much good women players who can actually reach 2800 rating and get male titles but they can, like judit polegard reaching very high ratings but men actualy cant get wgm or etc
