What am I doing wrong?

At the time of making this post I’m rated just short of 1800 in puzzles (I’m aware puzzle ratings are inflated). I’ve also done a lot of the chess.com lessons, drills and I watch a ton of YouTube videos but I can’t seem to past 1000 rapid. Any suggestions on how to study/train correctly? Thank you.
