You are playing too much.

I am lower rated than you, but I have faced your same situation. What your experiencing is called “tilt”. It’s basically when you play so many games you begin to sort of rage. There are many YouTube videos on how to stop it, but something I like to do is called the Three Losses. If you lose three times, take a break. It doesn’t have to be for the whole day, just take a break for a couple hours. Then once your ready to play, do 5 minutes of puzzles and don’t stress yourself out

It's not at all unusual to have periods of steady improvement followed by periods of stagnation or even back sliding. This is true for a great many activities, not just chess. I have fallen approximately 400 rating points in 10 days, then after a period of futility, gained much of the lost rating back. In this type of cycle, your playing strength eventually settles somewhere significantly above your old max, but well below the highest before you succumbed to backsliding.

Wise words, Badger, and I'm experiencing that right now. I blundered 4 times in game against a bot (which lacks time constraint). It's been a downhill slide for several days now.

mDSABi_T, for me, the more I worry the worse it gets. It's our minds that defeat us, not our current skill or lack of. Hang in there; it'll pass, I'm sure of it!

I agree. I went as high as 1699 in bullet, but then started a slow decline to like 1175. Chess is all mental. Sometimes our mind gets trapped in the wrong frame of mind that probably got us to where we are, and our strategy as well is affected, resulting in responses and reactions we normally wouldn’t make.

I’ve been I’ve been thinking of playing bits to eliminate my wins by time clock, hoping it would increase gameplay and decrease reliance upon mistakes or winning by a technical error.

Oh my gosh! I just watched a video on How To Analyze Your game (suggested by @doctornukem) and I think it will help you (it certainly is helping me):
