It's about time Chess.com introduces a "Random Move" button, so players can rely on sheer luck rather than honing their strategic thinking. Who needs strategy anyway? It's all about rolling the dice, baby!
What are some harsh truths that Chess.com needs to hear?

It would also be nice if we could post trollish comments with a single button-click, instead of typing the whole thing out.
Something menu-driven, perhaps?

That'd be clutch! I'd probably use it for those speed games where I have about 15 seconds left and don't know what to do. It'd actually come in SUPER handy for those endgames where they keep placing your king in check and you only have a few seconds left. But in that case it'd almost be like cheating since the "random moves" would be your only legal moves.
They should subtract everybody's rating by 800 for starters. This site is overinflated.
800 is harsh! That's put 1200 rated players at like 400, which isn't accurate.
I think overall, the ratings on this site are fairly accurate... with the exception of some of those GMs that are rated like 3000!
By 400 if u want to match FIDE. By 300 if u want to match USCF
That sounds about right, but in my opinion it isn't just a flat "subtract X" formula... the rating distortion varies from beginner to Master.
I fluctuate around 12 and change here... unless I have a bad streak. IRL, I'll play around 1300s-1400s in OTB tournaments. If anything I'm lower here. Then again, IRL I'm playing long games and taking them more seriously. IRL I'm casually playing speed games while listening to music and podcasts.
A harsh truth they need to hear is that there's been a real decline in the quality of their lessons.
The sluggish interface for non-premium players is wretched; at times the site is unusable. As to ratings issues:
1.Inflated in what sense? I'm assuming inflated in relation to specific time controls. Using a rough approximation for standard time controls.players at this site could be underrated by up to 4% to overrated by as much as 12 %.
2.Random move button sounds hilariously appropriate.
