Read "Pawn Power in Chess" by Kmoch.
He covers all of those formations, plus others (Jump formations, Orthodox formations, Slav formations, Boleslavsky Wall, Maroczy Bind, Ram formations, Scheveningen centers, Wyvill formations, Night Attack formations, etc).
I'm trying to plan a schedule in which every member of my team will teach the rest of us about some thematic positions, like IQP, hanging pawns, minority attack, weak squares and so on, do you have any suggestions?
