What Are Some Of The Things That Really Irritate The Hell Out Of You

I think I'm imagination-depleted when it comes to such theories as parallel universes, but I do know such things are discussed seriously when I've read about UFO speculations. I wish I had a paranormal experience. It's kind of odd that it happens to people who don't want them.

I didn't say I didn't want them, it is like going to see the Exorcist and having the crap scared out of you, but then you get to walk away and know you are Okay.

There were serious attempts in the late 19th century to explain ghosts as three-dimensional "cuts" of four-dimensional beings, when they happen to pass through our 3D world. I remember something similar in "Flatland", when the sphere gets into the flat world it looks like a ghost circle, getting larger and then smaller until it vanishes.

Thanks for putting Hawking's words on "paper". Spoken English is like Chinese for me. Also, he sometimes complains his word synthetizer has Californian accent...

Pulpofeira

(like if I had a clue what the heck he's talking about, anyway).

The guy has a good sense of humour.

Right now I am so irritated that the guy in charge here in America has no balls.

I think the head honcho ought to send this video to those clowns and just keep his mouth shut.

Writing a long message to another chess.com member and when I hit the send button, I get knocked off to the log-in page. Evidently, you're considered inactive when writing messages. So you have to log in again, but when you do, you can't recapture the message you took a long time to write!

I know about the "remember me" button at the log in page, but why should you be considered off line when writing messages?

Prudentia

The OP's thread really pisses me off somethin fierce!!

Oh yeah, that has happened to me many of times. Major piss off because it's start from square one again.

That's when it is a good idea to type things in Word or Note. I know, annoying, but I have to habit from posting on tripadvisor where the same thing has happened.

You are talking to a guy who didn't understand any of that crap. I wake up in the morning and I respond to whatever has been posted. That could be the silent finger, dead silence no finger, or something that makes me laugh just posting it.

No need to do that.  Just copy your post before submitting it and then if you've timed out, the entire post is still on your clipboard ready to resubmit.   Smile

This is really starting to piss me off. I am playing in a Tournament and there is only one game left in round one. It's mine with this other clown and when it's over all that qualify can advance. Neither me nor the clown will advance, but this lame rod's King is up against my Queen and King.

I make all the advance moves he can make 3 or 4 ahead of time but he only makes one at a time and waits 2 days 20 hrs. to make one move.

18 other chess players are waiting to advance to round 2.
