In the spirit of the thread, I don't think one needs to make a federal case out of it.

No big deal, just pointing out the obvious double standard. :)

punish the 1700 player but not the titled player, you can always rebuild and get new players at the bottom of the ladder
If staff said anything to Naka at all, it was probably along the lines of "Hikaru, please don't do that any more, but if you do, please don't tweet about it." lol
Just last week there was a thread about how Hikaru took over some 1700's account (at the guy's request) and delivered some serious beatings.
Getting recognized randomly on the train into NYC and then helping the guy smash poor souls at blitz on
